There is a 24 hour window for cancellations & rescheduling (excluding free consultations). If cancellations or rescheduling is done after the 24 hour window, there will be a a $225 fee will be charged to your credit card. No-shows will be charged $300. Payment in full is due prior to your treatment(s) unless other payment arrangements have been made. All sales are final post 24 hours and non refundable. SKINNEY Medspa does not process returns or exchanges for either opened or unopened products. Any services prepaid, or packages prepaid cannot be returned after the 24 hour period or once packages are started. The purchased value of your service can be exchanged for products, a gift card, or other services. Promotions and coupons cannot be added to any preexisting purchases.
